Chris is a graduate of the University of Hawaii at Manoa William S. Richardson School of Law where he clerked for Honorable Judge Rhonda A. Nishimura at the First Circuit Court. Chris was also involved in updating Hawaii’s child support worksheets. Upon moving to Washington State, Chris donated countless pro bono hours with the King County Housing Justice Project, where he negotiated and settled dozens of eviction cases brought against low-income tenants. Chris also received his Bachelors of Arts in English and Political Science from the University of Hawaii at Manoa.
