Having worked in the legal field for over 23 years—almost 16 as an attorney—in a number of different practice areas including family law, criminal defense, personal injury/medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, Wills and estate planning, probate, and guardianship, Jack is very experienced and has devoted his professional life to tough advocacy for, and compassionate counsel of, his clients. He is committed to providing thorough and effective representation to protect his clients’ rights and interests, to resolve matters in the least litigious and most cost effective manner when possible, and to take an aggressive stand as his clients’ advocate when litigation (e.g., motion hearings, trial) becomes inevitable. Jack endeavors to treat every case as if it were his own. He is available for representation in all Western Washington counties.

Service to the community has also been a priority for Jack. He donates hundreds of hours each year in pro bono legal services and has also done pro bono work for non-profit organizations, having received honors for dedicated service and outstanding support in that capacity. Jack has also volunteered/interpreted (Russian) at Greater Seattle area food banks, served on the Seattle Commission on Children and Youth for a number of years, and even did a stint with the Seattle Seafair Pirates, a non-profit, fraternal organization.

Jack is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law where he received high marks, was on scholarship, and served on the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. A Dean’s List student, Jack also received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.

Jack resides in Everett, Washington and, during his limited free time, takes full advantage of all the natural wonders that the Pacific Northwest has to offer with his family and friends. Call us today at (425) 259-6533 for a free consultation to discuss your legal issue(s)!
