Jack has worked in the legal field since 1992, and as an attorney since 2000. While Jack’s primary emphasis has been family law, he has worked in a number of different practice areas including criminal defense, personal injury/medical malpractice, complex commercial litigation, wills and estate planning, probate, and guardianship. Jack has devoted his professional life to tough advocacy for, and compassionate counsel of, his clients. He is committed to providing thorough and effective representation to protect his clients’ rights and interests, to resolve matters in the least litigious and most cost effective manner when possible, and to take an aggressive stand as his clients’ advocate when litigation (e.g., motion hearings, arbitration, trial) becomes necessary. Jack endeavors to treat every case as if it were his own. He is available for representation in all Western Washington counties.
Service to the community has also been a priority for Jack. He donates a substantial amount of hours each year in pro bono legal services for non-profit organizations, and has received honors for dedicated service and outstanding support in that capacity. Jack has also volunteered/interpreted (Russian) at Greater Seattle area food banks, served on the Seattle Commission on Children and Youth for a number of years, and even did a stint with the Seattle Seafair Pirates, a non-profit, fraternal organization.
Jack is a graduate of the University of Washington School of Law where he received high marks, was on scholarship, and served on the Pacific Rim Law & Policy Journal. A Dean’s List student, Jack also received his Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from the University of Washington.
Jack resides in Snohomish County and, during his limited free time, takes full advantage of all the natural wonders that the Pacific Northwest has to offer with his family and friends.
